User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-AR; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-AR; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0 Its impossible to reach the buttons using the keyboard only. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Download manager 2. Try to focus the "Clear" button using the keyboard. Expected Results: Focus through all widgets using tab key
why not use the provided accesskey (alt-a) I'm not sure how important the tab order is, since if you have a huge list of downloads, its a heck of a lot of tab presses. The keyboard shortcut should be enough in my book, but I'll let aaronl comment first.
(In reply to comment #1) > why not use the provided accesskey (alt-a) Ok, i had not seen it (yes, i'm without mouse and a bit blind :), but that was just an example. For instance, if there are more downloads than what the visible area shows: i've tried with tab and arrow keys, but the list is not scrolling. (btw, the same is happening in the Extensions manager, but maybe this is for another bug report).
Confirming. A better example of this bug is: It is not possible to click on the "remove" link for a download without using a mouse or mouse emulation. This is on Firefox 1.0 and also a recent build: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041227 Firefox/1.0+

Ever confirmed: true
It should be possible to tab to the cleanup button to activate it as well. Screen reader users won't generally discover the button at all, let alone the Alt+A mnemonic unless they can tab to the button and hear about it.
