Subscription of RSS cannot be performed if RSS account is localized in Japanese
with the Mac-OS-X version Thunderbird like bug276188.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. rss.rdf in Thunderbird.app is replaced by the following files.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=169689
2. Create new RSS account
3. It subscribes to RSS.
   For example, RSS of the following
http://www.mozilla.org/news.rdf

Actual Results:
It cannot be subscribed to RSS.

Expected Results:
It can be subscribed to RSS.


When rss.rdf was localized in Japanese, the inaccurate RSS profile directory was
created in Windows.
However, a RSS profile directory is not created in Mac OS X.

Subscription of RSS was completed when again tried on the file of the following
shown by bug276188.

It Reopen, when a problem is not repaired by correction of bug276188.
