Details

According to Help - I go to File > Page Setup and I will find Format Options
within which I will be able to change my Header/Footer options.

When I go to File > Page Setup I get Page Attributes / Custom Paper Size /
Summary as my only options.

I am running OS X 10.3.7

Other browsers loaded:
IE 5
Safari 1.24
