Details

According to Help - I go to File > Page Setup and I will find Format Options within which I will be able to change my Header/Footer options. When I go to File > Page Setup I get Page Attributes / Custom Paper Size / Summary as my only options. I am running OS X 10.3.7 Other browsers loaded: IE 5 Safari 1.24

Works for me. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Is this a Mac only issue? Can you provide a build ID (like mine above)?
