when you recieve a vCard the add contact dialog doesn't fill and you have to
fill the entire dialog to add a contact

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Recieve an e-Mail with a vCard
2. Click on the vCard
3. Look at the add Contact Dialog

Actual Results:  
There is no information about the sender put in the Dialog

Expected Results:  
the information in the vCard shold be en the dialog.

This works for me with TB 1.0, Windows 2000.
Possibly a dupe of bug 244634?
