276242 - access/samples/NOWRAP uses wrong case for js-nsIAccessible.html

Description

NOWRAP lists the file in all lowercase; but the right spelling is
js-nsIAccessible.html. this means that the build process shows a warning but
otherwise ignores the line, and the file is wrapped.
