Update 0.9 had cache-control headers added to it around the Firefox 1.0 launch,
(Nov. 9), these didn't get landed on the trunk for Update 1.0.
Adds cache headers to all pages, for pages that should not be cached, specify
$nocache=TRUE; before calling config/inc_global. :-)

Patch applied to site, to aid with rising load.
Well, this hasn't made it to cvs, as far as I can tell.
