When printing the reporte URL (with a large title), the progress bar grows and
pushes the Cancel button out of the message window. However some other large
title web pages print good like mozilla.org

In Windows 2000, I also see a similar behavior so it seems the progress bar has
a variable size proportional to the page's title instead of a fixed size. Also,
page title is not wrapped (nor elegantly truncated with ... like in WinXP Pro SP2).

I can't reproduce using the link in comment 5 using Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Windows XP. Percy, are you still seeing this with Firefox 2.0.0.3 or later and with a new profile?
