The last few days, VersionCheck returns URNs like
"urn:mozilla::{FFA36170-80B1-4535-B0E3-A4569E497DD0}", where the EM expects
"urn:mozilla:extension:{FFA36170-80B1-4535-B0E3-A4569E497DD0}". This results in
Firefox rejecting perfectly valid packages with old compatibility data, because
it cannot get updated data.

It also prevents regular extension updates.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install a package with Firefox-maxVersion=0.10 which has
maxVersion=1.0 on UMO

Actual Results:  
Firefox says the extension is incompatible.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should have retrieved updated compatibility data from UMO.
