276383 - Can't apply font change while still in preferences window

Simple short description -- there should be an "apply" button on the font
selection preference page to save time when you are trying to fix fonts, rather
than trying over & over.

Larger issue:  Every time I reinstall or upgrade mozilla on linux the fonts look
like ****.  I have no idea why this is.  Then I waste a bunch of time looking
for the least-worst solution.

File this in a separate bug report (if not already reported) - we only handle
one issue per bug report.
