Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the drop-down Bookmarks menu 2. Navigate in subfolders 3. Do a right-clic 4. select "Sort by name" Actual Results: Closure of the menu (the subfolder is sorted after) Expected Results: The subfolder directly sorted without closure
Does Firefox crash? Or are you saying that after the sort finished, the Bookmark Manager window closed as though you had clicked on its close widget?
(In reply to comment #1) > Does Firefox crash? Or are you saying that after the sort finished, the > Bookmark Manager window closed as though you had clicked on its close > widget? Firefox don't crash and i didn't say, that the closure concern the Bookmark Manager window but the Bookmark Menu (you know, between "Go to" and "Tools"). Sorting by name items in a subforder of this menu causes the closure of this menu.
This is a dupe. There's a bug on making menus not collapse in certain cases, but there's a fair bit of work involved there.
