Please change the type of reviews available to R.
Also, we need to have a 
Target of "1.0.x"
Approval "1.0.x" (for cbeard)

Remove target 1.5, 0.9
Add version 2.0 to versions

These changes are fine with me.
Summary: UMO changes → Changes for Update Product
Along with R, we want SR.
Perhaps this is a dumb question, but couldn't we just have the same set of flags
as we have for development today?  And then have targets defined against our
release roadmap?

So, for flags we'd have:
review
superreview
approval

Where "approval" in our case represents the final release approval for when we
take a stable branch or trunk and mark it as being a release candidate, put it
through testing and QA, and then publish it to the production site.
There's been too many changes to the project to take this bug at face value
right now.  Assign it back to me when we have a concrete list of what needs to
be added, or close it out if we're all set now.
