276414 - when refreshing forums firefox doesn't go to right place

When refreshing forums like at fark.com - Firefox measures where it is on a page
by measuring from the bottom instead of from the top.  So instead of being on
the last post read when I hit refresh it goes to the "new" bottom of the page
and I have to search for the last post.

This occurs for me as well as several others I have persuaded to change over to
Firefox.  So far, this has been the most vocal complaint about this browser, and
is also considered a reason to stick with IE.

Testing has been done at www.freerepublic.com.  It happens under both Linux and
Windows OSes.
