Shrink to fit drops off the right side on full framed page as well as printing
just the frame.

Printing non framed page resulted in printing banner on one page, body on
another and bottom status on another.  Example is www.comcast.net.

I've noticed this problem too on many sites including 
http://www.comcast.net
http://www.trekbikes.co.uk
http://www.iscachurch.org.uk

Interestingly some of the mozilla site also has this problem too. One part I
noticed is :

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/

If you want to see what I mean browse to one of these sites and do a print
preview from the file menu.
