276432 - Thunderbird doesn't confirm deleting from trash

On Windows XP SP2, it appears that when you first delete a FOLDER, it asks if
you want to move it into the Trash.  Problem (or enhancement-needed) seems to me
when you move a folder to the trash, it should probably ask you to confirm once
again if you'd like to really remove that folder.  This would fix accidental
removing an entire folder..
