Details

I can see the ratings and opinion(s) of the different extensions, but I see no
way to actually rate them.  If there is a way, it needs to be more prominent. 
If there isn't a way, there should be a notice somewhere (in the About link at
the top?) that explains it.  After searching for this bug, I decided to leave a
bug report.
