Details

both mozilla and fire fox don't  detect arabic character encoding in many  sites
so i have to go to view\character encoding\more encoding\middle eastren and 
select  the right encoding, abd i have to  do that  every time i click on a link
 on the same site and this happen with many  sites like
http://www.faia3a.com/vb/ and http://hotmail.com

and this problem effect the arabic useres like me and let them stuck using the
buggy IE
