User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041223 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041223 Firefox/1.0

I have a Suse and a Gentoo installation that share the same Firefox profile. At
first, I had installed Firefox under Suse, so the profile was in
/home/xen/.mozilla. When I installed it under Gentoo, I mounted Suse's / to
/mnt/suse, and linked /mnt/suse/home/xen/.mozilla to /home/xen. Everything works
fine, but now I want to remove my Suse installation, so I remove the link and
copy /mnt/suse/home/xen/.mozilla to /home/xen/.mozilla. However when I start
Firefox, it crashes as soon as I attempt to access the bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use a symbolic link to another installation's profile
2.Work with Firefox
3.Remove the link and copy the profile to home

Actual Results:
Firefox crashes as soon as I attempt to access Bookmarks.
Could you provide Talkback incident ID for your crash?
