The "Empty Trash on Exit" option is unavailable for "News & Blogs" in the
Account Manager.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the News & Blogs settings in the Account Manager.
2. Try to find an "Empty Trash on Exit" option.
Actual Results:
Such an option cannot be found.
Expected Results:
The option should be there like it is with all other account types.
