Details

If you create an email account with a user with administrative privilege in
windows xp and then you try to access it with another account in xp you will be
able to access the mail account but the mails that the user with administrative
privilege sees won't be visible to all other users... This is a big glitch when
you are a sysop on a windows xp computer with several users sharing one mail box...!
When you create the original profile, you can store the data in any directory on 
the system that you like.

Frankly speaking, "several users sharing one mail box" is a recipe for disaster.
