This page contains a hand-crafted Bugzilla URL which has invalid syntax for
Bugzilla and produces an error.

The link points at:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&component=Javascript+Engine&order=%22Importance%22

The "Importance" at the end should not be in quotes.  Removing the quotes fixes it.

Looks like timeless was the last one to touch the url...  up to you if you want
to file a bug against Bugzilla, but I don't remember any forms actually using it
this way before so if it used to work it was probably an accident
