sometimes it doesn't. this happens a lot and not just at my homepage site :
www.google.com
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I open mozilla to start sufing the web

Actual Results:
There isn't really any steps to cause this, it just does it when i open the

It shouldn't shake like this!! I tried to unistall and reinstall but it still
does this. Then I got annoyed and started using internet exploer again. now i
come back and it still happens, i want to report this BUG and use mozilla

Do you use default theme?
I think it's either a dupe of bug 252945 or of bug 221604.

bug 221604 comment 18 makes me think it is a dupe of that. [I don't think it
matters very much if the problem is with desktop theme or with Firefox theme.]
