Mouse movement causes page navigation

This is a virgin installation of Fedora FC3 on a Dell Inspiron 1100. No Firefox extensions have been installed. This bug occurs using the integrated trackpad, not an external mouse. This is not easy to duplicate but happens roughly 10-25% of the time while doing general browsing. Sometimes even the tiniest mouse movement (less than a cm) over plain text (not links) or over whitespace causes navigation back in the history, sometimes multiple times. Currently I think (but not sure) that it only seems to happen in multiple tabs when switching between an application and back to firefox. I do not know if this happens in a single-window single session of firefox. Again, mouse gesture extension was NOT installed but navigation occurs due to mouse movement. May be related to bug 263184

I don't know if it's an actual bug or not becuase it's just related to trackpad configuration. There are two approaches to fixing it, one is by editing a setting in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, I did not do that. The second approach is to change firefox configuration by viewing about:config as described here http://fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=27870. This worked for me!
