276635 - Requesting new Component category: "Filters and Junk Mail"

Thunderbird Bugzilla database needs a Component category called "Filters and
Junk Mail" because there are a many bugs having to do with filters and junk mail
that do not match any of the existing Component categories, and end up in "General".

"Filters and Junk Mail" is in my opinion of the most important aspects of
Thunderbird.

Use Product=Core(or something else) for common/shared components.
