Details

I suggest that the URL window and the search window be resizeable in the
navigation toolbar.  Some people like to have a huge URL window buy a very small
search window.  Others prefer the opposite.  If those windows were resizeable,
then the user could customize it to their preference.  Of course, if it is
resizeable, it would probably also be nice to let the user "lock" the toolbar
once he/she has sized it to their preference.  Thank you.
