Details

When downloading the same file two or more times, the resulting file name is
automatically changed to indicate this. However, downloading a file called
examples-0.4.0.tar.gz twice leads to a file name examples-1.4.0.tar.gz, and the
third attempt gives another bump. This is misleading. Preferably a pop-up would
ask for a new name for the file, or ask to cancel the download.
