Got some problems with a broken mail-Server(imap.web.de). This Server answers
all commands with "BAD", even the logout command. Mozilla Messenger tries to log
in, and can't log out after the "BAD" response from the server. This leads to a
crash of the whole Mozilla Suite, closing the Messenger let the window
disappear, but Mozilla is still active in the background and can only be killed
with the taskmanager. Don't know if the problem is mozilla-related, cause even
telnet crashed while i was testing the server. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up an IMAP-Server that answers all commands with bad.
2. Connect to this server.
3. 
Actual Results:  
Messenger hangs up at "sending login information", can't be exited in a normal
way, gets no timeout, can't close connection to server.

Expected Results:  
Tell that it could't log in to the server and close the connection.

Error couldn't be reproduced exactly because the Mail-Server is now running
without errors. But a wrong password shows the same beahviour.

The nightly build from 31.12.2004 has this error fixed.
