On the page's on_load event, a message box is display to Firefox users asking
them to upgrade their browser for the feature to work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://psc.central.tafe.wa.edu.au/student/search/search.asp
Actual Results:  
A message box was displayed suggesting I upgrade my browser for the feature to work

Looks like this has been fixed sometime in the last 2.5 years. I see no browser warnings in Camino (trunk) or Firefox 2.
