One can copy (Ctrl-C) and paste into another application to verify that the text is selected thought. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit a web site with the correct blue background and white text foreground 2. Select some text Actual Results: Highlight of selected text was not visible Expected Results: Inverted highlight (white background and blue foreground).
