Page authors should not be able to intercept or overrule key bindings that
belong to menus. The 'B' alone is not a menu keybinding, and that is all that is
specified on the page, so Alt + B shuld not trigger it. The Alt modifier should
prevent the letter key from being picked up by accesskey attribute; that way
menu shortcuts would be preserved.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.opera.com/ .
2. Press Alt + B.
3.

Actual Results:
"Buy" button on page activated (equivalent to click).

Expected Results:
Bookmarks menu would open.
