Sorry about the absence of original description, but the new bugzilla submitted
it when I hit an 'enter' rather than waiting for me to press the 'Commit'.  I've
submitted a bug report on that problem in bugzilla.

Creating a new filter does not show up in filter list dialog until you close it

Also if you exit the filter dialog and reenter it, the new filter still doesn't
show up.  You can make it show up by selecting a different value in "Filters
for:" and then going back to the original account.  I assume it will probably
also show it if I exited Thunderbird and restarted it.

Doug Hockin, if you want to reopen this, provide Steps To Reproduce.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
I just tryed to reproduce it and can't.  On the day it happened it was
hard and I reproduced it over and over.  I'll reopen if it happens again,
but it may be very hard to track down.
