When I view a plain flash object or have a flash object selected on a page,
hitting Ctrl+T does not open a new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a flash object with Firefox or select a flash object on a page
2. press Ctrl+T
Actual Results:
a new tab was not created

Expected Results:
I expected a new tab to be created and selected.

This bug happened when I had browser.tabs.showSingleWindowModePrefs set to true
and false.
