I tried to post my user review comments for the Nautipolis theme but when I
clicked on the Post button, I got the following:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to comments form at
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&version=1.0&os=Windows&category=Miscellaneous&id=123&page=opinion
2. Fill out form
3. Click on the Post button

Actual Results:  
I get the following error message:
