When two or more system notification messages (from the download manager,
extentions, etc.) appear in the systray simultaneously, they cover each other,
blocking portions of the text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find two extensions that will display a notification on Firefox startup (I
used Gmail Notifier and WeatherFox)
2. Close and restart Firefox
Actual Results:  
One notification is on top, blocking the other one

Expected Results:  
Stack them vertically (or even horizontally, as long as one is not blocking the
other)
