Using a nightly build on or after October 30 causes a display issue showing a
leftover shadow image from where the drop-down list previously existed. This
seems to have regressed between the 10/29 and 10/30 nightly builds. An attached
image is forthcoming. Note that not all drop-downs on all forms seem to be
affected. This bug reporting form, for instance, does not exhibit the issue.
Using the day drop-down on the URL shown causes the issue every time.
