Details

This bug seems specific to Linux. Maybe specific to Fedora Core, or KDE I'm not
sure as I haven't tested other OSes.

If I launch konqueror and try and attach a file to an email message by dragging
the file to the compose message window it shows the correct file name in the
attach dialog. However when I try and send the message I get:

"There was a problem including the file whatever.ext in the message. Would you
like to continue sending the message without this file?"

If I click the attach button on the toolbar and navigate to the correct folder
and attach the file it sends just fine. It's only drag and drop that appears to
be broken.
