I reported this problem to Yahoo and here is their response: Robert, it seems that you are getting this problem when trying to play the music in the Launchcast player from the SBC Yahoo! Home page. Please know that Launchcast is not compatible with Mozilla Firefox browser. You may note the following basic system requirements for using the Launchcast player. Windows 95B, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000 Professional, XP Home, or Professional. Pentium II, 233MHz or faster. At least 64MB RAM. Internet Explorer, Netscape, or AOL browser, all at 4.0 or higher (NOT compatible with Netscape 6 or 7). Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher (Please Note: LAUNCHcast is not currently compatible with the Windows Media Player 9 beta software.) Macromedia Flash 4.0 or higher. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on any music video to view it. 2. 3. Actual Results: I get the following message: ERROR To use this application with Netscape, you must use a 4.7x or 7.1 version. Download now. Please use the following error code when writing to Yahoo! Help. (Error Code: 12) Expected Results: Open and play the music video. All other types of videos (news, entertianment, and movies) play on this site without any problem.
