When I sort my book marks in the BookMark Manager alphabetically, they continue 
to appear in ramdom order in the actual Bookmark list.What could cause this?

View->Sort only shows the bookmarks sorted by the selected criteria, it doesn't
permanently sort the bookmarks.

You can right-click and sort by name as needed.
