Select controls (drop-down type) in bug search form cannot be changed from the
initial value in latest Firefox

I'm seeing this in a trunk build of firefox from sunday morning. With a
drop-down selection control (e.g. the "Product" control on this page) I can set
focus on the control and then change the selected value using the keyboard.

With the mouse, clicking on the control makes the selection box appear, moving
the mouse moves the highlight within the selection box, and clicking on an item
closes the selection box. But the selected value doesn't change.
