277002 - Add new product on u.m.o : Nvu

If possible, I'd like update.mozilla.org to be the place where extensions to Nvu
are monitored/announced/... Nvu will accept extensions and themes starting with
0.70 (it already worked in 0.60-aviary), that version being based on the
FIREFOX_1_0_RELEASE.

Just in case : yes Nvu will be a Mozilla product/project, that's not a
probability, that's a certitude. I remind you that all the code is already
MPL/GPL/LGPL and it's just a question of time. My days have only 24 hours :-(

Oh, it has nothing to do with the content of the bug. :-) Nvu is welcome to join
umo. :-) I'm just emptying my buglist of bugs I'm not actually working on, which
at the moment, is all of them. :-)

To add Nvu:
- core/inc_header.php needs to be modified to add it in. (HTML work)
- the nvu logo (for showlist/moreinfo, etc) needs to be under
images/nvu_icon.png (Minor Image work for sizing it to 30x30(?) for pairity with
the other app images)
- at least 1 version record needs to be added to the applications table in the
database. (DB Admin, such as myself, can do it. :-) )
- oh, and before I forget /index.php would need to be edited to add nvu to the
application lists for the relevant types. :-) (HTML work)

Going to argue with this being pushed back. nVu is a mozilla project, there's no
reason to force it to wait for the undetermined time till 2.0 when there's no
risk here.

WONTFIXing -- we're currently only looking at support for Mozilla-hosted applications (primarily delivered out of Mozilla's source repository, actively maintained in that repository against current trunk development, etc.).
