During a recent cygwin install on my laptop, I noticed that the package
"fileutils" has been added to the category "ZZZRemovedPackages", with a comment
to "install coreutils instead".  The listed requirements on the build page
should be updated to reflect this.
After finishing the check, sh-utils and textutils are also in the same category,
and they also should be replaced by coreutils.
Summary: The package "fileutils" should be changed to "coreutils" → Update packages list to reflect removed packages
This was fixed by cmp about a week ago.
