277030 - Print job name does not refresh (one name given to all jobs)

Print job names are not refreshed.  Firefox (public release version 1.0)
identifies the first print job correctly, but subsequent printing of different
sites/pages continues to be identified with that first print job's name (one
name assigned to all print jobs).  This complicates print queue management (job
cancellations, etc.) when all jobs have the same name.  Quiting and restarting
Firefox resets the print job name and the cycle begins again.

Prior to public release version 1.0, Firefox had this same problem with Print as
PDF (see bug report 244814).  This is fixed in version 1.0.  Hopefully this snag
can also be corrected -- it's a Firefox on public use Macs show-stopper for us.

Testing with Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 under Mac OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.2 indicate that
the print job names DO REFRESH appropriately now.  Print queue indicates
different (and appropriate) names for subsequent print jobs.  Likewise, saving
as PDF also defaults to appropriate name for each document.
