Details

Installed Thunderbird 1.0 in german on WinXP SP2
Did no import of any mail etc,
did not create an account etc
downloaded calendar_windows_20041217.xpi
Installed from inside Thunderbird, restarted Thunderbird
Got a view in the lower quarter of Thunderbird with "<menuitem"
Looked at the installed extensions, I see Mozilla calender 0.8.2+ in english
Try to configure and a window pops up that shows me the message
"XML-Verarbeitungsfehler:Undefinierte Entität
Adresse: chrome://calendar/content/pref/prefBird.xul
Zeile Nr. 14, Spalte 1:

<dialog id="prefDialog"
^

        <treecell class="treecell-indent"
________^

That´s it
Deinstallation of calendar worked fine
This is a problem of the mixed language.
I reinstalled Thunderbird in english and the calendar in english and
everything worked
Martin
