Camino does pretty well, but the playing cards

are completely wrong

The Diacritical Marks and Modifiers: Modifier Letters 
http://plato.stanford.edu/symbols/entities.html#Diacr
appear to be "missing" (which isn't quite as bad as present but incorrect, imo.

I think the playing cards is a dupe of bug 75059 (which alas has sat untouched
and unassigned for two-plus years); Firefox has the same problem.  (Among the
Diacritical Marks and Modifiers: Modifier Letters, only ̉ Combining Hook
Above seems missing.

Before I mark this as a duplicate, I'd like a second opinion a) this is the same
issue as in bug 75059 and b) there's not a better bug to dupe against that I've
missed.
