Details

Mozilla permits the cache directory to be customized.
FF should too.
We still support the pref (see
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/tips#oth_cache), we just don't have UI
for it, ergo this is either INVALID or WONTFIX, since we're not going to add UI
for setting an arbitrary cache location.  We removed this during the paring down
of the preferences.

Marking WONTFIX for the record, we won't be re-adding this UI.
