Can you give us a URL?
Reporter: i guess we should first make a distinction 1) corrupt file means that it's not playable anymore 2) blurred image has nothing to do with downloader, but with file quality. The file d/l w/o problems to my PC. Image is indeed blurred, but i guess that's simple the file's quality. Resizing your view window may improve your experience. Am i understanding you correctly? Please report back here :)
Some files are completly corrupted so i can´t play them. Others are only blurred. The files that i had problems with were downloaded with IE and Firefox. The videos that were downloaded with IE are normal (they have the usual quality of internet videos). But when i download the same files with Firefox, they have less quality than the same files downloaded with IE can´t even been diplayed. The files even have diferent size (the one downloaded with Firefox is usualy bigger (something about 4K)).
I opened the video file that i downloaded with firefox in a text editor and it has this code lines at it's beginning 5a0 HTTP/1.1 200 OK Age: 1 Date: Wed, 05 Jan 2005 14:22:12 GMT Content-Length: 1178790 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Expires: Fri, 04 Feb 2005 12:22:14 GMT Server: thttpd/2.21b 23apr2001 Built-in PHP Last-Modified: Wed, 25 Aug 2004 02:10:45 GMT the same file downloaded with IE don't have this lines in it.
In this image you will see the same video downloaded with Firefox and with IE. The video at the left side were downloaded with Firefox...image is completly distorted. The video at the right side were downloaded with IE. The video is normal. This is the URL from were i downloaded the video http://fun.from.hell.pl/2004-04-28/desperatka.mpeg
