I like to clear the cache frequently, after each browser use, and I'm tired of
having to pull down the tools->options menu to get to it. Please surface "clear
cache" and "clear history" and make them customizable items on the navigation
toolbar. I'm sure many power users will agree this is long overdue, and it
"should" be trivial :-) to implement. Thanks, Frank
That's available in the Web Developer's extension.

Also see the "X" extension: <http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info.php/x>.
The X extension does a really great job of this. We will have a "Sanitize"
keyboard shortcut that clears selected settings immediately, this might have a
menu item, but it won't be quite like this request.
