The link to http://xblref.mozdev.org/ on http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/architecture/xbl/ is broken, and instead tries to link to http://www.mozilla.org/http://xblref.mozdev.org/. Fixing this is just a matter of changing the URL linked to.
