Details

With the current listed config files, you can't build with libart because you
get an error due to MOZ_INTERNAL_LIBART_LGPL being set.  The new options are as
follows (copied from an email to n.p.m.seamonkey by bsmedberg):

> MOZ_INTERNAL_LIBART_LGPL will be obsolete; use
> mk_add_options MOZ_CO_MODULE=mozilla/other-licenses/libart_lgpl

Also, ccing a few people who might have an interest in seeing this changed...
