There are categories missing for Thunderbird extensions, "Privacy and Security"
in the case described below. I did not check FF/MZ extensions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Surfin' UMO
Actual Results:
E.g. Enigmail only shows up in category "All Extensions" (and since I rated it
in in "Top Rated", too), but not in any other category.

Expected Results:
Every Extension should at least be listed in one category apart from "All". It
would be helpful to ensure that by forcing developers to choose a category
before accepting it for display.
The default category is MISC.
Yes, but Enigmail doesn't show up there!
Now that's weird.

Ok, I'm not sure why Privacy isn't listed on the sidebar. I've added Enigmail
to the Misc category as well, so at least it shows up somewhere.

Off the top of my head, I'd guess that the ampersand in the category name is
getting escaped and so its not matching when the SQL query is performed.
Hi Alan, what ampersand? Do we need to change something? UMO developers' is
still closed ...
Oh. I thought the category name said "Privacy & Security" instead of "Privacy
and Security". So that's not it.

I found the problem. Wolf implemented categories specific to applications. TB
doesn't have a "Privacy and Security" category. Well, it did not. I just added it.

Thanks Alan!

The only thing we really still need to do now is to be able to get new versions
up: since GnuPG changed production line to 1.4 series, people must use an
Enigmail version newer that 0.89.5 (which does not yet contain the workarounds
made for GnuPG 1.4.0's bugs on Windows).
