Details

Currently HTTP does it's own proxy prefs management and "don't use proxies for" logic. All of this is now done in our nsIProtocolProxyService implementation. HTTP needs to use the new interface to access it's proxy settings.

nsIProtocolProxyService impl is in and ready to go.
